At Wapenamanda Coffee Exports Ltd, our commitment to the community extends far beyond coffee production. We collaborate with various partners and initiatives to uplift and support local coffee farmers, ensuring a positive impact on their lives and the quality of our coffee.

  •  Sucafina:

We work closely with Sucafina to enhance the quality of our supply chain. This collaboration focuses on:
  1. Improving living standards, safe working conditions, and better health for all profiled coffee growers.
  2. Elevating coffee quality through rigorous quality control measures.
  3. Enhancing mill facilities, ensuring workers' health and safe working conditions.

  • Farmer Support Programs:

- We offer premium prices to selected farmers, positively contributing to their living standards and economic prosperity.
- We support farmers with essential farming tools and equipment, enabling them to improve their farming practices.
- We establish coffee nurseries and deliver high-quality seedlings to farmers, ensuring a sustainable supply of coffee plants.
- Through coffee rehabilitation programs, we work with farmers to rejuvenate their coffee farms, improving both yield and quality.

  • Partnerships:

- With the PNG Coffee Industry Corporation (CIC), we establish coffee nurseries and deliver seedlings to farmers, promoting sustainable farming practices.
- The Productive Partnerships in Agriculture Project (PPAP) assists us in providing farmers with tools, equipment, and support for coffee rehabilitation, ensuring long-term agricultural success.

Our integrated efforts focus on improving the overall well-being of our community, fostering a sustainable and prosperous future for coffee growers in the Highlands of Papua New Guinea.
